Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Darlington town center with a cozy fireplace adding character. The rooms were dated and shabby, but being away from the main functions had its perks. The service was uniformly friendly, catering to various types of guests. The beautiful gardens were enjoyable, but not all areas were fully accessible. The dining experience left much to be desired, especially with cold and dry breakfast options. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located near Darlington town center but away from the hustle and bustle, making it a great spot. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and very clean, but the dripping noise from the wall all night affected our sleep. The breakfast was excellent, although a double bed wasn't available which was a bit disappointing.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and clean, were rather plain, and the breakfast selection was quite mediocre. However, the service was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my plans. The dining experience was subpar, but the facilities were decent for a short stay.
